Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bell Outdoor 5103-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the 90TB012412 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 702BOD93 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8903LO30 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 700NZ2240A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dayton such as 6GNX6 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AEG made by Ee-Controls as well as the popular A04B0018C205 original spares produced by Fuji

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A200M4CAC by Westinghouse and 6GNX6 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8502SDO1V06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
